Photo Exhibition on Hiroshima and Nagasaki
Date: 10th August, 2010On August 5, Hiroshima-Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Photo Poster Exhibition jointly organized by Japanese Department of Campus of International Languages, Tribhuvan University and Embassy of Japan, and supported by Japanese Language Teachers’ Association Nepal (JALTAN) was inaugurated at the Embassy Hall. The exhibition will be open to general public from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from August 6 to 11, 2010. The purpose behind the exhibition is to create awareness among Nepalese citizens about the dangers of nuclear weapons and to renew keen desire for global nuclear disarmament and lasting peace in the world. 1st Japanese Language Teachers’ Seminar-2010
Date: 1st August, 2010The 1st Japanese Language Teachers’ Seminar-2010 of JALTAN-Japanese Language Teachers’ Association of Nepal was held at the Embassy of Japan on 23rd February 2010 with the support of the Embassy of Japan in Nepal and in co-ordination with The Japan Foundation, New Delhi. The program was hosted by the Seminar Co-ordinator, Mr. Sakul Prajapati, a Japanese language instructor of AJISAI and Bhaktapur Japanese Language Institute. The 1st session of the program was started at 8:30 AM with the welcome speech by Mr. Laxman Rajbhandhari, Vice President of JALTAN and also highlighted about the program.
